TOC Spine & Joint Surgery Center (TOCS&JSC) accepts all forms of United States, Canadian, and other foreign government insurance. TOCS&JSC also accepts Medicare, Medicaid, Champus, Workers Compensation, and ALL forms of Commercial Insurance. Specifically, TOCS&JSC has written contracts/agreements with the following major managed care insurers/networks:
